For those hoping to compete in the 2016 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship (July 18-23 at the Honors Course in Ooltewah, Tenn.) or the 2016 U.S. Girls’ Junior Championship (July 18-23 at Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, N.J.), a big question is figuring out where and when to play in sectional qualifying. Olympia’s Riley Killip stepped onto the first tee Sunday on a mission, one stroke behind the day one leaders, Drew Halili and Gyan Bains.
